Frontier Communications Complaint

As of June 8th 2019 we’ve had problems with our internet/phone service. My wife and I have missed work over this. We have had a service appointment since July 2 for July 25th. 1:00 to 4:00 pm. No service tech showed. Now they are telling us it won’t be till August 29th.

In our area we don’t have any other choice but Frontier. We have had their service for about 8 years. They’ve updated their equipment in other areas but never in ours. So for the last 8 years we’ve had less than adequate service. Is it really that hard to provide reliable service to the people that live on our road? One of their employees told us they received government funds to improve broadband service.
