Someone Else Complaint

I have used comenity bank through stage for over 2 years and have never been late on a payment. Since my credit score dropped some they lower my credit limit from 980 to 100. They have absolutely no loyalty to their customers at all. I just send them a check for 548 to pay my card off and then I get dropped as my reward. I’m furious at how they treat their customers
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
Put my credit limit back to where is was. It shouldn’t be touched unless I have a problem paying which I never have
