My service was turned off cause straight talk said there was a credit card chargeback. I don’t even own a credit card. So that’s the first 50 dollars they took from me. They told me in order to reactivate I have to buy another service card. So I buy another service card and got phone reactivated. Next day they shut my phone off again saying same thing about a credit card chargeback and they didn’t have record of me adding more service the day before when I had the receipt and service card in my hand. So That’s the second 50 dollars they took from me. I go and buy the third service card. They reactivated my service again and only gave me 15 days of service and 12gigs of data. I was supposed to get 30 days of service and 25 gigs of data. So there’s the third 50 dollars they took me for. I was on phone with them for total of 10 hours and they hung up on me 14 times and told me to go use my neighbors phone.
