Purchased Uber cash and they won’t let me use it , tried calling no customer service number tried emailing no response, tries using the app nothing , they basically stole my money !!! And it’s not about the 100 it’s the principle
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
Make right on situation and settle for all the work I lost out on due to using all my cash at the time to get to work and couldn’t so I lost my job
And up a customer service line that’s public
