On about October 23,2018 I bought 4 tickets expecting to travel to Mexico but one day before the flight my son end in the emergency room we

We’re not able to travel because the doctor said that my son could die or pass out in the airline I notified American Airlines and I send them all the paperwork work from the hospital

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
I have been asking for credit to American Airlines and they said that they will give credit but they never answer and customer service stated that That department could be reach only by email
