The reason for this email is
1- I went the Cricket website
And I was take hotspot
But I change my mind
And I removed back again
So I don’t have hotspot
And I don’t have my $10 dollars back
I need that A.S.A.P thanks
2- the first time when I just have the cricket Wireless service
Is was 100% good coverage service
And now I have 5 line with cricket
And I lose my money
Because cut signal
So the internet very slow
I need solution
