My 3 cameras and panel has been hacked and jammed. It’s caused 2 alarm triggers, one I was home to disable it. The second one I was home and the police showed up. Video clips have being deleted and setting are being adjusted. Sometimes infront my face as I’m standing at the panel.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
I want them to ready the whole system New cameras and panel, better protection softwares include a frequency hopping softwares and more alerts and if possible all wired cameras.
