Optimum by Altice Complaint

I have set up autopay with Optimum and just realized that Optimum debits my card late and turns around to charge me a $10 late fee every month. Spent over an hour with their reps, and supervisor but despite acknowledging its their fault, will absolutely not refund the fees. What a scam !
