Regional Acceptance Corporation a predatory loan violater, continues to be listed on my account .I have exhausted all avenues and need to sue.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
Remove the derogatory remark regarding Regional Acceptance Corporation from my credit report.
No other credit agency carries this but Experian
I have lost employment opportunities and I must now sue Experian.
