BB&T Complaint

My saving account close with BB&T which to my bills not being paid on time and me at risks of losing my home. BBT also overcharged me for making bank wires to another account. BBT also sent my collection account to collection which impacted my credit score and was unable to open another checking account with other great established banks and credit unions. BBT close my accounts without my approval which leads to Veterans benefit checks to be sent to Veterans Administration to get reprocessed back out to me or lose my money coming from the Veterans Administration. I was not allowed to make more then 6 transfer on my saving account to other accounts with BBT. My order debit cards and atm cards never worked when making purchases at stores causing embarrassment and me getting over stressed out and angry.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
Return my Veteran Administration checks to VA, allow me open a checking account with BBT, clear the collection on my reports, start sending atm cards that work without errors, allow me to make deposits to my checking account without holding the funds for 3 days or more.
