I started Suddenlink internet services at my New Home in January of 2019 under the 1Gbps speeds.

as of today, I have received no more than an average speed of 12Mbps for the past 7 months I have received an average of 1.2% of the speeds I should be receiving. I have filed numerous complaints and have had a total of 9 technicians at my house to resolve the issue. At one point a Suddenlink contractor came out to do service on my neighbors line and cut my internet completely in the process. Suddenlink would not send the tech back out and I had to wait 5 days to restore my already poor service. I have advised Suddenlink on multiple ocassions that my lines outside and inside the house need replacement and that I pay extra for that service in the event lines need to be replaced. The lines outside have been replaced and when the tech came out 2 days ago to do my inside line, she was outside of the service window and informed me that she couldn’t work in my home (we spoke through my ring doorbell) because No one was there. I had an 8am to 12 pm window and the tech arrived at 12:47 according to the ring doorbell. I had to leave to take care of other things. I have asked the company to refund the past 7 months of payments and fix the problems that I have requested. I was assured that a submission for refund has been submitted and should receive a call within 72 hours. (July 12). To this day I have heard nothing.
