Visa Complaint

I am being sued by a law firm for a debt. However I have an agreement for me to work with another debt collector which has been logged with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
They also are lying in the suit they sent me a periodical statement, which I can prove they did not.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
I want them to pay me $10,000 since they have continually have broken contracts and agreements.
