Ashford University Complaint

They requested a government loan without my permission and were granted a subsidized loan and unsubsidized loan as well as a pell grant in my name without my knowledge or my permission. They also did this knowing that I planned to withdraw from the university the next semester.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
I want them to pay back all my student loans-including the stipends that were withheld from me due to failing a class I was not allowed to make-up work for- because I was having an emergency medical surgery. It was a life or death type of surgery as I had blood poisoning. II also would like a full repayment of last years student loans. They have made my life so incredibly chaotic -and in the middle of my mother receiving cancer treatment. They did not allow me to take any time off from school to take care of her after her surgery- knowing that I am the only child who is capable of doing so. Ashford University has taken a lot of precious time from me- that I cannot get back and I refuse to work this hard and be continuously made to feel like It is me who is doing something wrong.
