Equifax Complaint

There was identity theft and someone opened an account under my name in BARCLAYSBK. When I look at my credit history, the only credit bureau that is reporting that is Equifax. I sent them many mails and I report it as fraud but they never answer me and they never took that off which led me to increase my interest on my other credit cards and I was not able to move forward and take new credit cards or loan.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
I want them to fix my credit score and take the fraud account out and also pay for everything I have lost during this fake report, which is not limited to high-interest rate but unable to take any loan which led me to quit my school.
