Charter Spectrum Complaint

Charter / Spectrum has provided intermittent service at best for the past year – resulting in Spectrum charging us full price for internet and cable working at about half the time or ine quarter of the speed promised. Now Spectrum wants to raise our rates after one year of disappointing service. Truly the result of a monopoly in our area. We are coordinating and requesting an investigation through our state’s Attorney General, Congressional Officials, FCC and FTC. We are also coordinating with Amazon to entice them to deliver internet service to our area by next year in hopes to replace Spectrum!
