Verizon Wireless Complaint

Over 80 hours of calls and waisted time with no resolution! I’m paying for services I can not use successfully. I was in constant contact and trying to talk to one supervisor consistently but always got different management. I’ve explained my problems close to 40 different times and no different outcome!!!
