Jackson Hewitt Complaint

They supposely mailed out my federal return and state return twice but the state of michigan nor the irs has gotten anything twice now. Now mind you its two different addresses and your telling me that the postal service has listit twice. I dont think so
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
