I have phone insurance ($45 a month). When my daughter’s new galaxy 7 was consistency overheating in cold weather (so hot that you couldn’t touch it) we asked for a replacement. In fact, this was within the first 30 days of warranty. They sent us a phone. We sent ours back. They charged me $300 claiming the phone was broke. I said, “there must be something wrong with it- it’s overheating, of course, it’s broke. Why would I send you a perfectly good phone.” They never took the charge off and made me pay. I spent 4 hours of my valuable work time trying to get help. Losing $400 in pay on top of the charges and the overcharging they do.
