Comcast Complaint

I’m paying for gigabits internet speed, getting 1/4 to 1/2 broad band. Comcast uses a “little buddy” (rassberry pi ) to test broad band. They brought 3 of there own computers to test speed, they got same results as my PC and rassberry pi 4.
There rassbery pi with there own version of software says 980mbs..
While all other rassberry pi, computers ,laptops and desktops, show 1/4 to half that speed.
One supervisor said to me after 3hrs of testing at my home “we are caught between a rock and a hard place”
The techs told me however that they can not and will not get there engineer involved.
