MetroPCS / Metro by T-Mobile Complaint

I began having issues with phone calls dropping constantly and/or never receiving calls and being unable to send text messages. When I reached out to MetroPCS customer service, they referred me to Samsung since my phone was still under warranty. I called Samsung and they had me send them the phone via mail to fix the defects and my cracked screen. However about two weeks later when I reach out to Samsung for an update on the repairs (Ticket # *****), they informed me that the phone repairs were cancelled and they were shipping me my phone back due to the fact that my phone is international. Metro PCS (located at 134 S Flamingo Dr. Pembroke Pines, FL 33027) sold me a Samsung Galaxy S8+ Sept 8, 2018 and never disclosed to me that the phone was an international phone. Now I have a phone with service issues that MetroPCS refuses to repair or replace and Samsung is unable to fix because it was not manufactured in the U.S. I called MetroPCS again on 08/12/2019 when I received my phone back and was “assisted” by supervisor Christianne (woman) who was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional and gave me no other alternative but to return to the store where I purchased the phone. When I returned the MetroPCS store (08/13/2019) the representative Estaphanie spoke to her manager via her cell phone and was told that there is nothing they can do since they no longer sell “international” phones (specifically the Samsung Galaxy S8+) and because now my screen is cracked. Ultimately, my phone will not get repaired or replaced nor am I being compensated for any inconvenience and services charged while I did not have my phone nor am I being assisted with fees of a new phone.
