Enterprise Complaint

I was recently employed there and got tennis and golfers elbow from over work and excessive cleaning!! They would literally leave me back there for hours at a time!!
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
I am permanently damaged according to work man comps doctor. I cannot hold my child without pain or do what I could before that job. Carry groceries, luggage, scrub my tub, wear a bracelet even!!! I would like compensation.
