im a tmobile customer and on august 2,3,8,9,10,11 2019 there was no service in north Miami beach 33141

i work as an engineer producer editor in my own company and i lost 4 contracts$ total amount $6,300 dollars because of not having service in days , tmobile has become real unresponsable and unprofessional i could use no app transportation or make any payments in north Miami beach area. i walk for miles until i got to Miami beach store tmobile ? i explain them my problem and i use there phone number to call tmobile and report it ? tmobile promise online reimburse me back in 24hr to 36hr ? never called and they hang up the phone call in this matter. my business and my job has been affected and disrespected by this matter” i need answers imediately
