Absolutely No WiFi Service has worked in over 50 days!

Cable Even with Upgraded Box & Motem still does Not work on Any TV, in Any room, Any day of the week? We’ve always paid our Bill Ontime? Customer Service is Horrible? The Equipment is Cheap, never works? Inflated Billing on Products the forgot to ship me?

Overcharging me for self installation. Customer Service Reps Lie, Constantly & tell you tuff? Not a Single person knows How to Problem Solve Period! I know our Service “CAN WORK GOOD” bc it worked great the first 4 months w/ Spectrum? Then after I Purchased Roku and told them SUDDENLY, SAME MINUTE MY ENTIRE house every tv every cable connection everything shut down! So SPECTRUM is “Punishing it’s Customers” and shutting off and Bogging Down Services, WiFi,phone,cable Everything? How’s this Even Legal?

They lied to me & Forced me to Buy cable Boxes when That was not true either? (Fraud)

Never Ending Issues, even basic cable & WiFi won’t work and we went out & Bought All New TVs? Really? Violation of a Fiduciary Agreement big time? Never ending Disaster. My Online Classes are about 2~ Months Behind in work to bc SPECTRUMS HORRIBLE NON-Service? How is it Even Legal to Sell WIFI,CABLE,AND PHONE SERVICES IF THEIR ALWAYS Broken? That’s Fraud to? Might as well just have “FAKE” TVs in the House bc we can’t EVER USE them.
