Hello,

I find the fact that MPCS stating our contract is month to month, but then penalizing payments being late to be misleading and socially irresponsible. When I brought this up through their help portal, a response was generated where it was stated that my late payments were irresponsible and they did nothing wrong. This is despite them billing me for 30 days, but only providing me with 27 days worth of data. Over the course of a year, that is 36 days of data that I paid for and did not get. When you multiply this by 10000 people, we are talking 360,000 days of data paid for but not received. Doesn’t seem like much for just one person, but this misleading practice adds up.

For a company that supposedly brags about their corporate social responsibility policies, where does nickel and diming their customers (who are expressly stated as month to month customers) fit in?

Does anyone else thing this is unethical?
