The company at first would not let me after putting 8,000 down for down payment when I first got the car return the car because it had to many issues I didn’t want to deal with it. They told me they could not after a few days. The car was having mechanical problems and a broke trunk as soon as I brought it. Also they did not explain the temporary orange sticker on the tag that expired not long after I got the car. They would not help with anything. Then I was paying my car note on top of fixing the mechanical issues when I first got it ahead of the due date. They towed my care after being a few days late on the third month and I had been going to another car maintenance shop they referred me to get it fix someone they knew. That never fixed the car it started having the check engine light on as soon as they fixed it again. Between the mechanical issues and fees occurred on the car for the repossession I could not keep up with the car payment. I asked the car lot company rs motors to refund me my money as soon as I paid the down payment a few dollars later they did not return it so I could give them back the car. Then they put natural disaster on my credit report for months and all of a sudden they removed it and put collections and kept adding more and more money and interest every month. They came and reposted it yesterday after a year.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
I would like for the company to erase the bill and take it off my credit report. I gave them a 8000 down payment and had nothing but issues with them and mechanical problems with the car. Also I have been serving on active duty I think they just like to charge soldiers bad interest rates and charge them. Also I don’t know if they had the truth lending act in the contract
