T-Mobile Complaint

T-mobile ran a hard inquiry without my permission and approval. They claim it’s a soft inquiry, but turns out it’s a hard inquiry and thus impacts my credit score. I double checked with the customer service line when I provide my SSN that this is a soft inquiry and turns out there’s a hard inquiry on transunion made by t-mobile under my account.
