Santander Complaint

My credit score was impacted by Santander in 2017 I was in a car accident the insurance company paid some of my loan and my Gap insurance by Santander was going to pay the remainder balance but they left me with an amount of $400.00 which I was not aware of and I thought was going to be included with Gap payout.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
The loan is paid in full I would like the company to remove late payment for June and July off of my credit report.
