August 3, 2019 two weeks ago I thought my cell phone was stolen from me. We had AT&T and my husband said lets go to T-Mobile where they have better deals. So my husband turned in his Iphone 8 and then we got two new Iphone 8 with the understanding that if we did not like the service we could return the phones and get our money back. We went home and had major issues with the phone like no signal at all. But that is not the case. Friday, August 16 we went into the store and the Agent Abraham Roman said he could not assist us he could do the return but they had shipped out our old phone and we wanted it back or compensation for the original phone. So he called customer support and we spoke to a rep not from the USA and he offered $200.00 for the phone. Abraham made some changes so we were going to give it another 24 hours but that did not work we got no signal at all for phone services. So we went into the store 8/17/19 and after being in the store for 3 hours they said there was nothing they could do and if we did not turn in the phones we would be responsible for the two phone in full. Then I get a phone call from the rebate department with T-Mobile telling me that the Rebate is not available and they are keeping the phone because they cannot find it.
