LA Fitness Complaint

Charged me Initiation Fee plus first and last month fees on the day I signed contract (25.00+29.99+29.99). Then two months after, they charged me Annual fee of $49.00 which I wasn’t aware of.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
Refund the annual fee and may be charge it after I have used the service for one-year! Not fair to charge Initiation Fee and then an annual fee.
