I called frontier on my account number to get a resolution on a problem just spoke to a customer service representative and and stated I would like a fast way of paying my account so it does not get disconnected last time I made that payment info June 29, 2019 she requested for me a pen that got sent out to me in the mail I said I don’t remember receiving it she said do you have your last your last tax ID I said you know what all I want to do here is just pay the bill here’s my account number I told her I have the bill in front of me is there anything on it that I need to give you **** the only thing I’m required to ask you is for a pen or your four digit tax ID and if I cannot verify it that way she’s not gonna be able to help me I ended up raising my voice and hanging up that was done August 15 I started looking for it and I got busy here at work I work in a gas station and I didn’t think anything of it I said you know what I’m going to go ahead and mail the payment to them I wasn’t behind that long and we I only own $87 plus the current month Bill on 20 August or system with Shell corporation was not processing our credit cards or debit then I remembered what the issue was and I made a phone call to frontier spoke to customer service representative told her what happened and she says **** you really don’t need to have done all that all she had to have ask you for is the pen that we provide on your statement which was in front of me the first time I called he Shell corporation was not processing our credit cards or debit then I remembered what the issue was and I made a phone call to frontier spoke to customer service representative told her what happened and she says *** you really don’t need to have done all that all she had to have ask you for is the pen that we provide on your statement which was in front of me The first time I called frontier and the second time I called frontier it was a four digit number 8948 I explained to her what happened earlier that week and told her that customer Service who help me made it sound like this pen get send up in a separate envelope And all she had to do is explain to me that it was on my frontier belt she apologize for her and she said she should have not even asked for a pen she should have asked you if you have your bill in front of you to give her the account number and underneath the account number there’s a pen that she needs and you would not be getting disconnected and having this problem so I spoke to her made the payment online or or went to frontier and made the payment had a number and she has seen it that a payment was already made earlier set up an automatic payment on a credit card and requested the account get reinstated I was told part of our system might come back The one that communicates with shell to send our transaction receipts to them and the Internet system might be down longer that was five hours ago it is a business that has not been doing debit or credit card some credit card transaction all morning and right now it’s almost 7 PM and we are still down not excepting credit cards or debit now I have lost a lot of sales due to this reckless and I’m professional help that I requested five days earlier from your all they need to do is explain to their customers that the pin is on their bill and their lack of knowledge where to find these things astonish me that they can work for a company that can affect somebody’s business but by not having access to the Internet my losses today all transaction of $6000 on credit card transactions that have not went through I will probably only have close to $3000 worth of credit cards today and no debit card so I’ll be doing half of my usual business if you train your customer service when they’re requesting a pen from a customer to pay or to look for their account explaining to them exactly where they should be looking for this pen on the receipt this would have been totally avoided the first person who answered the phone made it sound a pen I have generated or you have generated and it’s not on my billRight now we’re not excepting credit cards and we’re losing our credit card sales and I am requesting a release for $500 of profit that I would have made today on my sales that I have lost thank you
