Jackson Hewitt Complaint

the person we went to in 2017 filed out taxes.. she did not put in properly my ssd and said it was not taxable. they sent us an audit and now we owe 3000 for her not putting things in properly I have tried to contact someone there at the office where we filed and she was let go from there for malpractice they have not fixed the problem or refunded any money spent on this, they refuse to recitify the situation

refund of services, amendment done on taxes, for them to pay the owed part of taxes they messed up on
