Liberty Tax Service Complaint

the person that did out taxes in 2016 did not add two things to our taxes he said that it was not enough money to be claimed and he then shredded the documents. well the irs did an audit and now we owe 2500 due to his not applied forms. He was terminated from the company the same year for messing up others taxes as well and the branch that did our taxes was closed down due to malpractice. Tried contacting them several times to correct it and amend the refund and the company will not return my calls or have not fixed the issue
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
amend the return, refund money paid to liberty for tax prep, pay the taxes owed and compensation for damage done to our credit with this being on there we cannot buy a house
