AT&T Wireless Complaint

Extremely poor cell service from AT&T, I live on long Island in NY; a very metro and suburban area, and I’m always having my calls dropped and have no data connection. I would understand if I went paying for the 2nd most expensive carrier in the country. I’ve Called customer service and they always blame the phone even my wife is also experiencing the same problems. I was once told I was “very far away from a tower” the closest tower was “2.5 miles away”. I’m done with this company and wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy.
