Verizon Wireless Complaint

VZW had excellent coverage to a community for many years, but as of a year and a half ago decided to shut down the nearest serving cell 4.7 miles away, resulting in terrible service to many and none to many more. The contend that since I now live more than 5 miles from a site that I must just settle for what we now get. FCC complaint resulted in a call from VZW corporate office saying same and they will not address it any further. Filed rebuttal with FCC and got another call from same corporate flunky, nasty this time, telling me that according to their customer agreement they have no obligation to restore coverage and will not.
