Airbnb Complaint

They did not respond timely to significant safety and sanitation concerns in a an Airbnb Rental in Florida. When I say significant I am taking amour emergency egress violations and massive pest infestation. When they did reply they gave us instructions to contact host. The host was grossly unprofessional and hostile. We took videos and sent emails and Airbnb didn’t even reply before we left the rental. When they did reply they took no action other then to apologize for the delayed response. They also refuse to provide the registered agent of the Airbnb in order to properly send a demands letter or serve for litigation.
