AT&T Complaint

I ORDERED SERVICE, WAS PROMISED 18MB SPEED ON INTERNET, A $110 MONTHLY BILL, AND THE SATELLITE WOULD BE REMOVED FROM MY HOME. NONE OF THAT HAPPENED. ON TOP OF THAT MY SERVICE COULD NOT STAY CONNECTED. CAUSING ME TO MISS OVER 40 HOURS OF WORK. THIS ALMOST COST MY JOB, TOOK ALL OF MY ATTENDANCE POINTS, AND A FINAL WRITE UP. I TERMINATED THE CONTRACT WITHIN 30 DAYS BECAUSE THE SERVER COULD NOT STAY CONNECTED. I HAD TECHNICIANS TO MY SERVICE LOCATION WITHIN DAYS OF THE INSTALATION. NOW THEY REFUSE TO REFUND MY 218.95 DEPOSIT AND CHARGING ME A $480 EARLY TERMINATION FEE EVEN THOUGH SEVERAL SUPERVISORS AND REPRESENTATIVES HAVE TOLD ME THERE WOULD BE NO CHARGE. YOU BROKE THE CONTRACT WHEN YOU FAILED TO PROVIDE THE SERVICE YOU SOLD, I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY FURTHER WITH THE DAMAGES CAUSED.
