Spectrum Mobile Complaint

Company is promising upgrades for phones once a certain payment is met. However, once you attempt to upgrade your device, the system crashes and is unable to process the upgrade. I attempted 4 times in store and 4 times over the phone.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
I would simply like to turn my Spectrum phones into Spectrum and be done. No more payments and no more phone with them.
