Hertz Complaint

Hi, I return the car one week late and Herz charge $1,062.02 extra out of my credit card.
I totally agree it was my mistake because I made wrong date calculation.
The normal renal price of mid size passenger car is about $25.00 to $30.00 per day.
Maximum daily rate include all the fee will be no more than $50.00 per day.
Even though late return is from my mistake, everybody makes simple mistake, $1,062.02 is really heavy penalty against innocent consumer.
$1,062.02 is totally unreasonable from the world best rental car company who is dealing innocent consumer.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
credit back $1,062.02 to my credit card because it is rip off
