Verizon Wireless Complaint

I bought a iphone with NO Sim card. I wanted to try Verizon so went in paid for a SIM card. The service did not work. I cancelled the service and they took me to collections for $68. I never used their service. I cancelled it. And went with ATT. How do I get that off my credit report.
