They did not live up to their contract to either repair or replace and air conditioning unit.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
Refund for money that had to be spent by an elderly person who sat through most of a hot summer being told they would fix the air conditioning and never did, and due to extreme hot summer had no choice but to spend $7000 + dollars for a new one.Looking to be reimbursed.
