AT&T Complaint

Based on agreement after legal complaint

from 02/2018 , confirmed via phone call conversation and promised by AT&T manager, AT&T should keep charge the amount of $82.00 fora year, until 02/2019. Until now we had invoice with agreed amount billed monthly. Last month 07/2019 we did get the invoice of $124.00 . After phone call conversation with customer service we have been informed that we have to pay the bill in full and they will apply 3months promotion that will lower the bill to slightly over $90.00. I am raising official complaint about AT&T not keeping their original promise to keep the price as agreed for one year. Based on their unethical, illegal behaviour I am ready to proceed with action against AT&T
