Citibank Complaint

After depositing a check they hold it for 5 days or more causing me to recieve an eviction notice and now cant pay my car note because once again they are holding my check.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
I want to sue them. The emotional stress these people put me through is unbelievable
