Paypal Complaint

I received merchandise not as received and paid through Paypal.

I heard nothing from the merchant but filed a complaint through Paypal.

I returned the merchandise and uploaded the tracking number as requested several hours before the deadline given.

The next day, I received a denial saying that I had not responded.

On the website, there is now no mention that I had responded. Last night it said it was under review, so my response must have registered!

I do have a camera shot of the form with the tracking number on it and my USPS receipt.

In fairness to Paypal, this is the first problem I’ve had in a number of transactions and in the past I was happy with their service.
