Santander Complaint

I have been paying my car through this bank for many years and the bank is telling me I still owe the amount i started with.My balance has not gone down.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
I would like them to zero my balance and pay me back the difference. It is not right that I have help my part of the agreement and they have not.
