Verizon Wireless Complaint

About 2 years back verizon had a promotion to give your Iphone6 to verizon and Recieve a credit of $650 towards the purchase of a new Iphone7. I did the same and after few months Verizon canceled my credit that was issued to me and wanted me to pay $650,I agreed to pay that amount if I was gonna get my Iphone6 back which was in perfect condition. Verizon disagreed and now they want to keep iphone6 and wont issue me any credit for it. They put me in collection and after many calls over the time of 2 year, Verizon is failing to resolve my case.
