Mastcard Complaint

Paypal canceled my account. I don’t hv a problem with that. But because they won’t unlink my credit cards I can’t buy anythg using a guest account with some of my sellers. They have a block on my cards. I went and opened a new bank account and was given a new debit card. They blocked that card. When I was using a guest account. My business is suffering because I can no longer buy items out my eBay are amazon account. Ebay has tried everythg to assist me. I have asked Paypal to unlink my bank account and my cards they are refusing.
