Verizon Complaint

FIOS TV and Internet Service was installed and stopped working on day 2.

They came out to fix it during the day and said it worked but it stopped working immediately after they left again. I opened another ticket but they never showed up for the appointment. They said I wasn’t there but that was a lie and they did not leave any note. Opened another ticket that they came out and told me I needed a Verizon router to get good service (a lie) which I had to pay 99$ for, and Verizon have never done anything about. 2 weeks later I called and cancelled the service but they keep on billing me. Called 2 more times to cancel, but still got bill this month. Verizon locked me out of my account there, and my phone number does not register with their auto-system but they keep billing me.
