Verizon Wireless Complaint

i had canceled in the passes international calls from my account some how 1 of the users dialed long distance and i was charged $650 combine 2 bills
2 – my plan was for unlimited & text for $19.99 X9 lines& data charge extra but since 01/01/2019 i was charged $45 on each line when 6 line are flip phone and internet blocked that’s a claim of $250
