Spirit Complaint

My fiancee and I arrived at the airport and we had paid luggage. They wouldn’t let us fly and charged us numerous times. We had to take another airline a day later as they left us stranded

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
Refund in full no credit as I will never fly again with the spirit
