Citi Complaint

Visa credit card.Both Citi and Visa prominently advertise that consumer will not be liable for unauthorized charges.There was an unauthorized charge.I disputed it within the required time frame.Citibank did not make a good faith effort to live up to their responsibilities for investigating the disputed charge, in my opinion.Now they are dragging down my credit rating by reporting me as having an overdue debt.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
Stop all attempts to collect from me.
Correct what they are reporting to the credit bureaus.
Send me a letter acknowledging their error, and explaining what they will do to make such errors less likely in the future.
